Frequently asked questions
I ordered after 13:00. Can I still get it today?
With ACS Express it arrives the next working day. If you want it today, choose store pickup or call us for Wolt or Uber.
Does it work on Saturdays?
ACS Express runs Monday to Friday. On Saturday you can pick up from the store (10:00–21:00) or ask for Wolt or Uber by arrangement.
How much does Wolt or Uber delivery cost?
It depends on the distance between our store and your address. We tell you the exact amount before sending, so you know upfront what you pay.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
With ACS Express yes, with a €2 fee, for orders from €25 to €180. With Wolt or Uber the order and the ride are prepaid.
Does free shipping apply to Express?
No. ACS Express has a fixed cost of €8, whatever the order amount. Store pickup is always free.
My area is on the exceptions list. What can I do?
Contact us for Wolt or Uber, or choose ACS Courier for delivery in 1 to 3 working days.
Will anyone know what is in the parcel?
No. A plain box without logos, a sender name without the words “Sex Shop” and a receipt that only says “Retail customer”.
