Frequently asked questions

When are points credited?

As soon as your order is shipped or you pick it up from the store. If an order is cancelled or returned, its points are removed.

What amount are they based on?

The amount you paid for products, after discounts and coupons, excluding shipping and extra charges. Gifts do not count.

Do points expire?

They stay valid while you shop. They only expire after 12 months without any order. We will remind you before they expire.

I had Bonus Podus points. What happens?

They move automatically to the new program, multiplied by 5, so they keep their value. For example, 40 old points become 200 new ones.

Can I redeem together with a coupon or the combo bonus?

One points reward per order. It cannot be combined with another coupon or the combo bonus, but it applies together with the gifts and free shipping of your order total.

Do I get the 50 points by joining the members list (newsletter) too?

Yes. The 50 welcome points are given once per person, whether you create an account or join the members list. If you join without an account, they wait for you and are credited as soon as you create an account with the same e-mail.

Do I need an account?

Yes, points are kept in your account. You get the gifts of every order as a guest too.

Program terms

  1. The "Reward Points" program is for adult customers with an account on ola4u.gr.
  2. You earn 1 point for every €1 on products, after discounts and coupons, excluding shipping, extra charges and gifts. Points are credited when the order is shipped (or picked up from the store) and removed if it is cancelled or returned.
  3. When you create an account or join the members list (newsletter), 50 welcome points are credited, once per person and e-mail. If you join without an account, the points are credited when an account is created with the same e-mail.
  4. Points are redeemed in the cart according to the scale on this page. Discounts apply to the minimum cart amount stated for each step.
  5. One points redemption per order. It cannot be combined with another coupon or the combo bonus. It applies together with the gifts and free shipping of your order total.
  6. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to another account and have no monetary value outside the program.
  7. Points expire after 12 months without an order. Bonus Podus points are transferred multiplied by 5. For accounts without an order in the last 2 years, transferred points are valid for 90 days from the start of the new program.
  8. If a product from an order with a points discount is returned, the amount actually paid is refunded. Points used are returned only if the whole order is cancelled.
  9. OLA4U may change or end the program with notice on this page. Points already earned can be redeemed for at least 30 days after the notice.
  10. In case of abuse (e.g. multiple accounts, fake orders) OLA4U may cancel points or participation.
