All orders are shipped in a very discreet packaging without obtrusive logos and distinctive features of our website and without any reference to their content. The documentation (purchase receipts) placed inside the packaging, is anonymous and only makes mention of a "Retail Client". The sender of the package will not be stated as “Sex Shop”, so there will be no link to our site and the contents of the package.

Terms of Delivery - Shipping The product(s) will be sent to the address you have indicated, by courier unless you wish for them to remain at the offices of the courier company in your area so that you can pick it up yourself. Orders picked up until 16:00 from Monday - Friday and 12:00pm on Saturdays, dispatched the same day and delivered in 1-3 days or 1-5 days for remote areas.

The shipping costs change depending on the payment method you choose:

• Cash on delivery: Payment of your order upon delivery: 2€
• Express Delivery: 8€ if it is paid through credit card or Bank transfer or 10€ if it is in cash.
• ACS: 3€ or Free for orders over 50€. You can also pick up from any ACS store.
• ΕLΤΑ: Only for deliveries outside Greece (based on ELTA published prices)
• Saturday delivery: Extra cost of 2€ will be added on delivery cost (just for big cities)

* Saturday delivery and delivery within a specific period of 2 hours should be requested and written in comments of the order or after a communication with our store at 2106754958.

Return Policy

Customers reserve the right to return products purchased, but are not obliged to report their reasons for wishing to return product within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date from courier. In this case the cost of returning goods lies with the customers. If the product you ordered is different from what you received, then you may return the product within 48 hours from the delivery date from courier. In this case the shipping costs will be paid from ola4u.gr

Returns accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as when you received them i.e without the seals being broken or the package being violated, along with proof of purchase or invoice.
