✔️ Available for orders between €25–€180.

✔️ Orders below €25 or above €180 may require prepayment at our discretion.

✔️ OLA4U evaluates each order individually and may request prepayment for high-value or special orders.

⚠️ Our goal is the safe completion of every transaction and reliable delivery of your products.

✔️ Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to give a reason (Greek Law 2251/1994, as in force, transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

⚠️ Hygiene exception: Sealed sexual wellness and personal care products cannot be returned once their hygiene seal has been removed after delivery. If the product remains sealed, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

✔️ Wrong or defective item: If you receive the wrong item or a defective item due to our error, replacement or refund is free of charge and is not limited to the 14-day window, in line with the rules on non-conforming goods. Please contact us right away so we can fix it as quickly as possible.

✔️ Defective item: Free replacement for items damaged on delivery. Warrantied products follow the manufacturer's process.

✔️ Required documents: Receipt or invoice together with the product in its original condition.
