How do I get my gifts?
Once your cart reaches 30€, the gift tab appears at the side of your screen. Open it, pick, and the gifts drop into your cart at 0.00€. No code or coupon needed.
How many gifts do I get?
It depends on the product total: 30€ one gift, 50€ one gift plus free shipping, 80€ two gifts, 100€ two gifts of higher value, 150€ three of the very best. Shipping and the value of the gifts don't count towards the total.
Why is the 150€ step three gifts instead of four?
Because we measured what people were actually receiving. With four gifts each one had to be small, so much so that a 150€ customer ended up with cheaper gifts than an 80€ customer. With three, each gift rises significantly in value and the total you receive is higher than before.
Does it work with discounts and offers?
Yes. The gifts are on top and replace nothing. What counts is the final product total in your cart, after discounts.
Can I change a gift after picking it?
Yes, as many times as you like until you complete the order. If you remove products and drop below a step, the gifts you no longer qualify for are removed automatically.
What if the gift I wanted runs out?
The list refreshes constantly with what is genuinely in stock, so you'll never see something we can't ship. When a gift is down to a few pieces we mark it, so you can lock in your choice in time.
Does it apply to store pickup?
Yes. You pick your gifts online as usual and collect them with your order from our store in Athens, the same day.
