OLA4U Members Giveaway Terms

Organiser

The giveaways are organised by the OLA4U store (ola4u.gr), 3 Grigoriou Xenopoulou St, Athens, Greece, tel. +30 210 675 4958, e-mail info@ola4u.gr ("OLA4U").

Who can enter

  • Adults (18 years and over) with a delivery address in Greece.
  • OLA4U newsletter members, meaning those who have signed up with their e-mail and agreed to receive e-mails from us.
  • OLA4U employees and their first-degree relatives cannot take part.

How to enter

  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. You only need to be a newsletter member on the day of the draw.
  • Each giveaway is announced to members by e-mail, stating the prize, the duration and the draw date. If a giveaway has additional or different terms, they are stated in its announcement.
  • Each member takes part once in each giveaway, with one e-mail. Entries with fake or temporary e-mails, or multiple entries by the same person, are void.

The draw

  • The winner or winners are selected by a random electronic draw among eligible members, on the date stated in the announcement. Runners-up may also be drawn.
  • The winner is notified by e-mail within 3 business days of the draw and must reply within 7 days with delivery details. Otherwise, the prize goes to the next runner-up.
  • For discretion, we do not publish winners' names. With their consent, only a first name or initials may be mentioned.

The prize

  • The prize is shipped free of charge, in plain packaging with no logos and no mention of the contents, or can be collected from the store.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another product. If the product is no longer available, OLA4U may provide another product of equal or greater value.

Personal data

We use your e-mail to send the newsletter and for your participation in the giveaways, and the winner's delivery details only to deliver the prize, in line with the personal data section of our Terms of Use. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every e-mail. Unsubscribing also ends your participation in future giveaways.

General terms

  • Taking part means you accept these terms.
  • OLA4U may change, postpone or cancel a giveaway for a serious reason, with notice to members. The terms apply as published on the day of each draw.
