How to Use
Before first use, charge the Undine with the USB cable and install the app on your phone. Switch the egg on with its button, enable Bluetooth and complete the pairing inside the app. Apply water-based lubricant, insert it slowly and leave the cord outside. Start on a low setting and build up gradually, or try the preset programs during dinner or a walk. After play, clean it with warm water and mild soap, dry it and keep it in its pouch.

CAN I CHANGE A PRODUCT THAT I RECEIVED?
You can change any product you ordered as long as the packaging has not been unsealed. All products are forwarded sealed with security tape, which must not have been tampered with in order to be able to make a change in case you make a mistake and end up wanting another product.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders placed Monday - Friday by 5:00pm and Saturday by 12:00pm are dispatched the same day via ACS courier company and are usually delivered within 1-3 working days depending on workload. In some hard to reach areas there may be an extra delay.
