How to Wear & Care

Place the wig on your head and adjust the internal band for a secure, comfortable fit. You can style it with heat tools at temperatures up to 120°C. To clean, hand wash with cool or lukewarm water and mild shampoo, rinse thoroughly, and allow to dry naturally in a flat position. Do not rub — gently squeeze out excess water.

Storage

Avoid temperatures above 120°C to preserve the fibre quality. Store in a cool, dark place, ideally in a wig bag to help maintain the curls and shape between uses.

    You can change any product you ordered as long as the packaging has not been unsealed. All products are forwarded sealed with security tape, which must not have been tampered with in order to be able to make a change in case you make a mistake and end up wanting another product.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    All orders placed Monday - Friday by 5:00pm and Saturday by 12:00pm are dispatched the same day via ACS courier company and are usually delivered within 1-3 working days depending on workload. In some hard to reach areas there may be an extra delay.
