• IS THE PACKAGING OF THE SHIPMENT DISCREET?

  Our main concern is the discretion of your order!
  On the packaging is not the company OLA4U as the sender, but a common name and full name so that no one can know the contents of the package! Also there are no logos, marks or insignia on the box at all.

• IS THERE A POSSIBILITY OF SAME DAY DELIVERY?

  We make same day deliveries only within Athens from Monday to Friday. Your order must be placed no later than 13:00 and delivery will be made by 18:00. In Same Day deliveries no delivery time commitment can be made.

• CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

  You can also order by phone at 2106754958 or 6983880530. All you will need is the codes of the products you will need. You will find the code under the product title.

• IS THERE A PHYSICAL STORE?

  There is a physical store in Athens, in the area of Neo Psychiko, in a very central location, where you can make your purchases or pick up your order.

  The opening hours of the store are Monday - Saturday 10:00 - 22:00. On Sunday we are closed.

• ARE THE PRODUCTS THAT I SEE AVAILABLE?

  All products displayed on our website are immediately available for ordering and shipping to your place or for pickup from our store. 

  If you wish to pick up from our store in Neo Psychiko, we would advise you to first reserve the products you wish via online ordering or telephone ordering before coming.

  You will also have the opportunity to see all of our products live in person at our showroom.

• WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF PAYMENT?

  You can pay for your order via cash on delivery, bank deposit, credit/chromatic card or Pay Pal.
  POS is available in the store for contactless payment via card or mobile app.

• CAN I CHANGE A PRODUCT THAT I RECEIVED?

  You can change any product you ordered as long as the packaging has not been unsealed. All products are forwarded sealed with security tape, which must not have been tampered with in order to be able to make a change in case you make a mistake and end up wanting another product.

• WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  All orders placed Monday - Friday by 5:00pm and Saturday by 12:00pm are dispatched the same day via ACS courier company and are usually delivered within 1-3 working days depending on workload. In some hard to reach areas there may be an extra delay.
